A BIG NIGHT FOR DIGITAL PINOY It was a night of excitement and fun as Globaltronics announced the winners of National Digital Arts Awards 2015 in a concert jam-packed with Pinoy pride and global talents last January 15, 2016 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila, Pasay City.

The National Digital Arts Awards or NDAA is an annual award advocacy organized by Globaltronics, Inc. giving recognition to young creative talents in the Print and Motion Graphic arts. NDAA seeks to recognize the nation’s top digital artists and create awareness for the young generation to encourage them to do digital art as a life-long game changer for them and their families.



LIFT UP THE NATION’S SPIRIT. #DIGITALPINOYAKO The National Digital Arts Awards has highlighted the best talents in local digital arts community since 2012. It was launched by Globaltronics and it aims to honor the brightest digital artists in the country.

This year, NDAA aims to highlight works from the Filipino youth – their interpretation of the Philippines as a country that continues to rise with the help of digital technology. All participants should create works that show the integration of technology and rich visual media as integral to nation-building, instilling nationalism in every Filipino, and how moving forward, our young people can influence culture using positive values towards affirmative change.

Globaltronics invites everyone to take part in this nationwide campaign that celebrates the beauty of digital art and highlights a country that embraces innovation.

1. What is NDAA? The National Digital Arts Awards (NDAA), launched by Globaltronics, Inc. in conjunction with its 10th year anniversary in 2012, is an advocacy that aims to highlight and recognize the skills and talents of young digital artists in the Philippines. 2. When’s the deadline of submission of entry? When is the Awards Night? The deadline of entry is on October 16, 2015. The culminating event or the Awards Night is on January 15, 2016. 3. Where’s the Awards Night taking place? The National Digital Arts Awards 2015 culminating event or the Awards Night will be held at the New Port Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila. 4. Who are the judges? The Official Judging Committee will be organized to determine the winners. Its members shall consist of top Filipino creative professionals and experts. 5. Why join the National Digital Arts Awards 2015? The NDAA2015 provides its winners with trophies, certificates, and monetary prizes. Aside from these, winners have the chance to be highlighted as one of the best digital artists in the country.
THE ENTRY PROCESS
6. How can I be sure you have received my entry? Participants will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of the entry. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please email at ndaaph@gmail.com 7. Can I still join the contest if my school is not an official partner of NDAA2015? Yes, all senior high school, college, technical vocational students who are currently enrolled at any secondary/tertiary/college/university or technical vocational institutions respectively can join NDAA2015. 8. Do you have to be based in the Philippines to participate? Yes, only Philippine residents are eligible to join the awards. 9. Can I submit an entry that that has won an award, or has been entered in another competition? You can submit a non-winning entry from other competitions or previous NDAA, provided that it adheres to the National Digital Arts Awards 2015 theme and specifications.
CATEGORIES
10. Which category should I enter? Can I enter more than one category? The National Digital Arts Awards has two categories: Motion Graphics and Print. A participant can submit one entry per category. A participant is allowed to submit an entry in both categories. 11. Can I use live-action footage/video on my Motion Graphic entry? Yes, you’re allowed to use live footage/video on your entry provided that you’re using your OWN files. 12. Can I use stock photos/music/etc for my work? Participants are allowed to use stock files for their works provided that the user is aware of the copyright status of said file (i.e. Free to use), also be sure to ask permission from the owner of the files. We would like to remind everyone that plagiarism and copyright infringement will result in automatic disqualification (see full mechanics – Other Regulations).
AWARDS
13. How many participants will win in the National Digital Arts Awards 2015? For each category, the Board of Judges of the awards will select ten (10) Finalists which represent the best in each category. Out of the Finalists, three (3) major winners (1st, 2nd 3rd winners) will be awarded. Additionally, People’s Choice Award will be given to the finalist on each category who garnered the most number of votes through online voting.

14. Are there any fees in joining the National Digital Arts Awards? There are absolutely no fees in joining the National Digital Arts Awards. 15. GLOBALTRONICS Launches the 3rd National Digital Arts Awards
August 11, 2015

Mandaluyong City - Globaltronics officially launched the National Digital Arts Awards (NDAA) 2015 under the theme #DigitalPinoyAko last August 7 at 500 Shaw Zentrum Events Pavilion. About 600 people mostly student participants, media agencies, corporate and marketing executives, and sponsors attended the kick-off party.

"We want to give way to all the students who dream to be part of the digital arts community in the country. This is their chance to highlight their talents in creating works using digital media. We believe that this is the best time for them to join the awards because this is the biggest NDAA so far" stated by Fortunato Agbayani, COO of Globaltronics. NDAA is an advocacy of Globaltronics that aims to highlight the skills and talents of digital artists in the country.
